8 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (2 lbs)
2 tsp Salt, divided
1 (24 oz) Jar of marinara sauce
4 Cups chicken stock or broth
1 cup Polenta


Directions

Dump the salted chicken thighs and tomato sauce into your Instant Pot.


Cook on high for 5 minutes.


Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.


Shred the chicken thighs in the sauce, and serve!
