I GOT IT FROM A FRIEND. I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I MAKE IT ALOT.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup gramham cracker crumbs.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup parkay margarine melted.
1 envelope unflavored gelatin.
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup sugar
3 eggs separated
2 8-oz pkgs. philadelphia cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 cup whipping cream whipped
Directions
COMBINE CRUMBS,SUGAR & MARGARINE.
PRESS ONTO BOTTOM OF9-INCH SPRINGFORM PAN.
SOFTEN GELATIN IN WATER, STIR OVER LOW HEAT UNTIL DISSOLVED.
BLEND IN 3/4 CUPSUGAR &BEATEN EGGYOLKS , COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
OVER LOW HEAT3 MINUTES.
COMBINE CREAM &COCOA MIXING AT MEDIURM SPEED ON ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
GRADUALLY ADD GELATIN MIXTURE & BOURBON MIXING UNTIL BLENDED.
CHILL UNTIL THICKENED BUT NOT SET.
BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL FOAMY. GRADUALLY ADD REMAINING SUGAR.
BEATING UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM.FOLD EGG WHITES & WHIPPEDCREAM INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. POUR OVER CRUST.
CHILL UNTIL FIRM. GARNISH WITH CHOCOLATE CURLS. 10-TO-12 SERVINGS
