Ingredients You'll Need
1 Cup diced corned beef
1 Medium Potato
2 1/2 Cups whole wheat pasta
3 Cups whole milk
1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
1 Cup shredded cheese
Directions
Peel potato and dice. In a pot of boiling salt, water cook potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Mix pasta, milk and salt in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium high heat stirring constantly until the pasta is tender, 11 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add corned beef and potatoes and stir.
