Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups buttermilk @ room temperature, could need a bit more..
2 tbs. melted butter
1 egg
3 cups white flour
1 heaping cup wheat flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup+ raisins and currants
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put it all in a bowl and mix with spoon, shape it in a round on a greased cookie sheet and bake.
