Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 ripe banana
1 small orange peeled
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
3 ice cubes
1 tsp honey


Directions

add all ingredients except the honey to a blender and blend until smooth


add honey to blender and add additional ice cubes if needed


serve immediently
