Why I Love This Recipe
Can make the night before and let it cook all night and all day if you want. Or..can be started in the morning for that evenings event..
Ingredients You'll Need
3# chuck roast
1 can beef broth
1 can French Onion Soup
1/2 pkg. of Dry onion soup
1/2 bottle of Peppernci's and 1/2 bottle of juice if it is the large bottle...Use everything if it is the small bottle (you find it near the olives in the grocery stores)
Red Pepper flakes
1 to 2 Tbl oregano flakes (Not ground)
5 cloves crushed garlic
Put everything in crock pot..
Keep on high approximately four hours.
Reduce to low and cook until tender.
Break meat and peppers up with a fork as it cooks. (Cut stems off peppers when you do this)
