Ingredients You'll Need
3-4 pounds sirloin or rump roast
1 large onion
1/2 cup vinegar
1 jar sweet cherry peppers with juice
Pinch of oregano
1/2 teaspoon oil
3 cloves minced garlic
3 cups water
Place roast in roasting pan.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over meat.
Roast at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Remove from oven and let cool.
Slice meat thin and return to roasting pan with juice. Cover tightly and continue cooking at 175-200 degrees for 3 more hours.
Serve on French bread or hoagie buns.
Note: You can use a crock pot to make this recipe.
