Italian Cream Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
2 C.Flour
2 C. Sugar
1 teas.baking soda(MIX in buttermilk)
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. melted butter
1 C.buttermilk
5 egg yolks
1 tea.vanilla
1 C. walnuts or pecans
1 C. coconut
egg whites
ICING:
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 teas.vanilla
1 box powder sugar
Directions
Add all the ingredients in order then fold in egg whites
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350* in 3-9" round cake pans 0r 4 8" cake pans; that have been greased and floured.
Mix all ingredients for icing then ice cake when it's completely cooled.
