10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 t. red wine vinegar
2 T. olive oil
2 eggs, hard cooked, peeled and sliced
Directions
Prepare beans as package directs. Drain. In a small bowl, mash garlic thoroughly with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.Pour mixture over beans; cover and let stand for one hour. Just before serving, warm over low heat. Turn into serving dish; garnish with eggs.
