Italian Herb Pork Chops

Why I Love This Recipe

THIS IS A REALLY QUICK AND SIMPLE RECIPE. YOU ALL SHOULD TRY IT


Ingredients You'll Need

For Each serving you'll need:
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 pork chop
1/2 t. sage ( Dried )
1/2 rosemary ( Dried )
salt
2 T. dry white wine


Directions

Rub the crused garlic in to oth sides of the pork chops.


In a bowl, mix the sage and rosemary together, and sprinkle this evenly over both sides of pork chops. then add a little salt.


Place the chops in aheavy skillet, add water just i[ to the top edge of the pork chop. Cover the skilletm turn the burner to low, and let the chops simmer for about 1 hour or until water has all evaporated.


Once water is gone, the chops will start to brown. turn it once or twice to get it browned on both sides.


Remove the pork chop to a serving platter and pour te wine into the skillet.


Turn up the burner to medium-high, and stir the wine around, scraping up the stuck-on brown bitsfrom the pan.


Bringing this to a boil, and let it boil hard for a minute or two to reduce it just a little, Pour this sauce over the pork chops and serve.
