Why I Love This Recipe

A meatloaf that tastes like meatballs yummm!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 Lbs ground beef
1 LBS ground pork (NOT SAUSAGE!!!) (or use all ground beef)
1- 2 yellow cooking onions minced
2 cloves of garlic minced (or garlic powder)
2-3 tsp parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
2-3 eggs
6-7 TBS Parmesan Cheese
3-4 tsp Romano Cheese
1 tsp oregano (or Italian seasoning)
2 -2 1/2 cups bread crumbs (original seasoned breadcrumbs NOT Italian seasoned.)
about 10-12 pieces cubed provolone cheese cut in 1/2 or 1/4ers
sliced provolone cheese for top
1-2 jars any 3 or more cheese mix jarred sauce (I usually use Classico Four Cheese sauce)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except sliced provolone and jarred sauce and shape into meatloaf form in the center of a roaster or 9x12 or larger baking pan leaving room on all sides for sauce

Pour sauce over and around the meatloaf add a lil water or more sauce if needed. Cover with tin foil and cook at 350F until done then remove foil and brown slightly then add sliced provolone and put back in oven just long enough to melt cheese

Pairs Well With

Italian bread or homemade crusty bread and butter
