Ingredients You'll Need
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
2 handfuls each of Parmesan and breadcrumbs
¾ handful of parsley
Garlic salt and pepper
1. Combine all ingredients and form quite large balls.
Note: Do NOT brown or cook ahead, add raw to the sauce. Cook on low for last 30 to 40 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs.
