Ingredients You'll Need
1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup SOUTH BEACH DIET™ Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1 medium plum tomato, chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pitted ripe olives
Directions
DIRECTIONS
Mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing until well blended.
Spread into 10-inch pie plate; top with remaining ingredients. Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftover spread in refrigerator.
