Why I Love This Recipe
This was my Italian Grandma's recipe. We always celebrated Christmas Day with Grandma's Italian food.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 TBSP italian seasoning
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 Small can tomato paste
2 large jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
2 TBSP shredded parmesan
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Pour both jars of sauce into slow cooker and cook on low
Mix all other ingredients together (except shredded parmesan and parsley) in a large bowl
From mixture, form meatballs by hand and place each carefully into sauce one at a time.
Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours
Remove from slow cooker and top with shredded parmesan and parsley.
