Ingredients You'll Need
Dough
4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup of water
4 tbsp of oil
1 tbsp of salt
10 g dry east (2 1/2 tbsp)
Topping
Tomato source
Mozzarella
Vegan topping
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup vegan mozzarella
1/2 cup canned artichokes
1/2 cup canned peas
1/2 cup mushroom sliced
1/2 cup canned corn
1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup cherry tomatoes in halves
Garnish with fresh basil lives
Directions
In a bowl add all ingredients and knead for about 15 minutes until it is smooth and do not stick on your hands.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 3 hours at least or overnight.
Punch the dough and cut in 5 parts and make 5 bolls.
Open the dough and spread tomato sauce.
Preheat oven at 450 F and bake the disc on a greased pan for 8 minutes. Remove pizza from the oven, add mozzarella and bake until cheese melts.
