Jack Daniels Pecan Pie

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Pillsbury pie crust
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup stick butter melted
1 cup dark karo syrup
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
2 tbsp Jack Daniels
Directions
Beat sugar, butter, karo syrup, and eggs until well blended. Stir in pecans and Jack Daniels. Pour into pie crust and bake for 40 - 50 minutes until center is set.
I usually bake the crust for about 5 minutes before I add the filling to make sure the bottom is fully cooked then I add the filling and bake for the 40 - 50 minutes.
