Jack R's Aunt Elsie's Biscottis from her mom's cookbook
Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is special because it was brought over from Italy with grandma’s mom when she was a young girl. We normally have them on almost every holiday that we have off from school. This recipe is a very easy thing to complete/make. The physical change in my recipe is how you would roll out the dough and blend all the ingredients together. The chemical change is identified where the cookies start to brown in the oven and you could smell them when finished.
