Jalapeno Cornbread

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup sour cream
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup cream-style corn
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup oil
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
jalapeno pepper to taste
Directions
Beat eggs, then add corn, sour cream, soda, salt, meal, oil, cheese, onion, and peppers. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
