Easy appetizer for the grill or oven. Make sure to wash your hands before touching your eyes!
Ingredients You'll Need
Jalapenos (As many as you want. If they are large you need about 8-10, I use more like 12-15 if they are smaller. This amount equates to about a full package of cream cheese.)
Slice off ends of jalapenos and cut in half. Scrape out inside and seeds. (We usually keep one or two with all the seeds and insides and secure with two toothpicks as a trick on friends. Watch out for the spicy ones!) Fill with cream cheese and put the two halves back together. Wrap in bacon (you can use a half slice of bacon for smaller jalapenos) and secure with toothpick. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy. Serve.
