Ingredients You'll Need
12 jalapeno peppers
4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz feta cheese
4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bunch fresh cilantro (about 2 Tbsp) chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
Cut the peppers in half and scoop out the seeds, membranes and other insides
Add cheeses, spices and herbs in a bowl and using the back of a wooden spoon, mash and combine
Smear cram cheese mixture into each pepper half. Make sure you do not overstuff the peppers or they will explode in the oven!
Place peppers on baking sheet; you can put them close to each other to prevent them from rolling around while they're baking
Roast for 15-20 mins, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly
To brown the cheese, broil on high for a few mins (about 3-5 mins) before removing poppers from the oven. Make sure to keep your eye on the poppers while they are broiling so they don't burn
