So flavorful and healthy. The perfect way to spice up a weeknight dinner and save leftover for lunch the next day!

Calorie Estimate (including buffalo cauliflower as a side and aioli on the lettuce "bun"): 306

Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 white onion minced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 jalapeno minced
3 tbsp minced cilantro
1/2 lime juice
1 egg
1 tsp pepper, paprika, chili powder, and cumin 1 tsp of each
1 tbsp olive oil
Butter Lettuce or bread/burger buns
Condiments of choice


Dice up onions, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro in a food processor. Add to a bowl along with the turkey, lime juice, egg, oil, and seasoning and mix with hands

Form into 4-6 patties and bake for 25-30 minutes on 350 (or cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side on a saucepan)

Serve on butter lettuce or bread/buns and add condiments of choice - I like to make an aioli with mayo, ketchup, chili garlic sauce and some Trader Joe's Habanero Hot Sauce

Sweet potato wedges or buffalo cauliflower
