Simple. I'm fascinated with quick ways to make snacks at home. While not healthy, nor the same as real snickerdoodles, these have a unique taste and texture. Nice to change things up.
Sometimes I make this with butter instead of oil, leave out the extra flour and refrigerate longer. This seems to make a softer chewier cookie.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Box 15.25 oz Cake Mix (any flavour, I prefer white)
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 Cup Flour
Cinnamon Sugar
Jam (amy flavour)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll into medium size balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Place on greased cookie sheet and press down center with thumb.
Fill thumb with about a tablespoon of jam.
Cook for 10 minutes until just starting to firm up.
