James' Soda Bread
"Dense, chewy and amazing for soaking up soup and sauces"Serves 8-10 | Prep Time 5 minutes | Cook Time 35-40 minutes
Why I Love This Recipe
Everyone bothering with sourdough for bread because there’s no yeast. It’s fine if you’re into it, but for everyone else it’s two weeks’ work for your first half decent loaf. What you want is soda bread. Five mins prep, and you can eat it within an hour of starting.
