Why I Love This Recipe

I had found this recipe just a few days ago. It’s an old recipe but is said the be a treat every time! If you look in the recipe then you can see when things start to turn into hetero and homogeneous mixtures. And look at the ingredients to see pure substances. It’s a physical change when you mix the shortening, eggs and vanilla. Another is when they heat up they go through a physical change. A chemical would be when they rise in the oven. And another would be the cookies would go through an unexpected change in color when they brown. Those would be the chemical and physical changes.
