Ingredients You'll Need

2 lb Ground Beef
2 cups Diced Onions
2 cans Pinto Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
1 can Mexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes
1 can Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Diced Green Chilies
1/2 cup Green Onions, Sliced
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 pkg Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
Corn or Tortilla Chips
Sour Cream & Cheese
Pickled jalapenos


*Brown Ground Beef and onions in skillet; drain excess fat, then transfer the beef mixture to a large slow cooker or large pot

*Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning; cook in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour on the stove

*To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them

*Top with sour cream, green onions, jalapenos, or any other toppings of choice
