Ingredients You'll Need
3/4 c butter or margarine
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
1 - 3oz pkg jello, any flavor
1 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat butter, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add vanilla and jello and beat. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into 3/4" balls. Roll balls in sugar. Flatten with glass on cookie sheet. Bake 5-8 minutes or just until brown around the edges. Can frost if desired.
