Jen's Pumpkin Cookies
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
16 oz solid pumpkin (do not get pie filling)
1c Crisco
2c sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
4 c flour
Sour Cream or Cream Cheese Icing
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except icing.
350 degrees on greased pan 10-12 mins (less if gas oven).
Let cool, and then ice.
Cookies should be spongy or cake like when cool (not hard/solid).
