Jennie's Mandu

Why I Love This Recipe
Our friend Jennie, is from Korea and taught me how to make these. They are delicious.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 lbs. Pork
1 Cup Bean Sprouts
1/2 Cup Onion, chopped thinly
1 Cup Cabbage, chopped thinly and slightly cooked, drained
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Dash Pepper
Dash Garlic Powder
Man Doo or Wonton Skins
Directions
Mix all ingredients and seasonings well in large bowl. Place one teaspoonful of mixture in the center of Man Doo skin, wet edges with beaten egg, then fold diagonally in half like a turnover to form a Man Doo. Pinch edges together to seal.
Fry in hot oil in deep pan or deep fry till they become golden and crispy on both sides. Serve hot or cold with soy sauce for dipping.
MANDU FOR SOUP
Heat chicken broth, drop Man Doo into boiling broth, one at a time (to keep them from sticking together). After they rise to the top, cook an additional four minutes.
The Man Doo may also be steamed.
