Ingredients You'll Need
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons dried thyme, crushed
2 tablespoons ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1-1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Rub over meat before grilling.
Makes about 2/3 cup, enough for 3 pounds poultry, pork, seafood, or vegetables.
