Jewish Coffee Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
I don't know where I got this recipe or why it has the name that it does. I just know it is very good and easy to make.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sour cream or sour milk
Topping
Directions
Cream the margaring and sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients
Grease a sponge cake or Bundt pan.
Put half the dough in the pan and then sprinkle half of the topping onto the dough. Repeat.
With a knife cut in a zig zag pattern through the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
