Jezebel Chip Dip / Cracker Spread
Why I Love This Recipe
This is something my dad always loved, I shy away from it because of the horseradish, but my mom and I have to make it for him at Thanksgiving.
Ingredients You'll Need
8 Oz Jar Apple Jelly (not apple butter)
16 oz. Pineapple preserves
1/2 jat Horseradish
3/4 oz dry mustard powder
8 oz cream cheese
Directions
Mix mustard with 1/3 of apple jelly.
Add all pineapple preserves
add horseradish
add rest of apple jelly
Blend with 8 oz creamcheese (don't whip, just fold)
Scoop onto plate with knife to use over crackers
