4 oz. green chilies, diced
1/4 lb. butter, softened to room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb. jack cheese, grated
2 loaves French bread, small diameter
Parsley sprigs
Directions
In medium bowl, mix chilies, butter, mayonnaise and cheese until well blended.
Slice French bread into thin slices and spread amply with the cheese mixture.
Make sure to completely cover the bread. Put bread slices on ungreased cookie sheet in preheated broiler and broil about 5 to 10 minutes until spread is bubbly.
Serve on large serving plate garnished with parsley sprigs.
