Kalona Tapioca

Especially good with strawberry jello and strawberries, or orange jello and mandarin oranges. Bananas add a nice flavor, too.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 c water - boiling
1/2 c baby pearl tapioca
pinch of salt
1 box jello
1/2 c sugar
cool whip
fruit, if desired
Directions
Add tapioca and salt to boiling water. Return to boil and boil for 10-15 minutes. Cover, turn off heat. Let stand covered for one hour or longer until balls are clear.
Add jello and sugar. Cool, then chill completely.
To serve add whipped topping and desired fruit.
Pairs Well With
Serve as a salad or dessert.
