Kathy Henderson’s Pineapple Bread Pudding

This recipe can easily be doubled and made in a bigger pan. Goes great with ham. This recipe became such a huge hit that my mother was jokingly told she could not attend family dinners unless she brought this dish with her!

Ingredients You'll Need
1 (16oz) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
3 slices of bread, cubed
1/3 cup butter – melted
Directions
Beat eggs, sugar, and flour together well.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour mixture into greased 9 x 9 baking dish.
Top with bread cubes and pour butter over bread evenly.
Bake 45 mins to 1 hr uncovered until bread is toasted
