Kay's Kwik Chili

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Tablespoons Onions, Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (adjust to taste)
1 Can Chili Beans* (27 oz)
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Can Tomatoes, Diced (28 oz)
Choose a pot large enough to hold all the ingredients.
Saute the ground beef with the onion, salt and pepper until browned through. Drain the grease.
Add the rest of the ingredients, including all the liquid from the cans. Cook at a moderate temperature until heated through.
Turn the heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes.
*This recipe has been made successfully using both 'Bush's Best Chili Beans Mild Sauce' and 'Van Camps Chili Beans.'
