Kelly's Chocolate mocha Meringue Drops

Why I Love This Recipe
These meringue cookies are really good, and I didn't change much for my taste - I love mocha flavored anything - so these are right up my alley!
Ingredients You'll Need
4 egg whites, room temperature
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
2 T flour
3 t instant coffee powder
1 T bottled water
Directions
Beat egg whites on low until frothy, about 2 minutes
Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, flour, coffee, and water
Beat on low until combined, then turn to high
You want egg white mixture to be glossy and marshmallow fluff thickness, about 3-4 minutes
Drop heaping teaspoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until tops crack
