Kentucky Fruit Salad in memory of Wanda Galbreath Butler Utica, KY

My mother served this many time for our Sunday dinner, great in the summer or winter.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lg can chunk pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
1 lg can chunky fruit cocktail (drained, reserve juice)
2 bananas
1 3oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding....you can use sugar free also
2 c. seasonal fruits, such as strawberries, cherries (pitted) seedless grapes ect.
3 tlb. Tang orange instant breakfast drink
Directions
Measure 2 cups of juice into a mixing bowl. add orange breakfast drink and pudding mix and blend at medium speed for 2 minutes. Mixture should start to thicken. Add fruit; stir and refrigerate. The fruit looks beautiful in a glass serving bowl.
