Ingredients You'll Need

4 eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 tsp baking powder

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.


Add the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined and no lumps remain.


Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken up.


Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or non-stick cooking spray.
