"Just like mum's curry sausages"

Why I Love This Recipe

Growing up Curry Sausages were a staple dish in our house, especially when things got tight, mum could always count on Curry Sausages to not only taste great, but to also keep the costs of feeding us kids down! The good news, is that if you also love Curry Sausages as much as we do, then you can also whip these up whilst staying within your daily net carb intake on Keto! Woo Hoo!

Ingredients You'll Need

8 Beef Sausages
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 White Onion Thinly Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves Crushed
2 Tablespoons Curry Powder
1 Cup Beef Stock
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/4 Cup Cream


In a large saucepan, heat 1 Tablespoon Coconut oil over medium-high heat. Add the Sausages and poke them with a fork to avoid the sausages splitting. Cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes turning regularly. Once the Sausages are just cooked through, set aside to cool

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and, Crushed Garlic and Onions. Fry until until translucent and fragrant. Add the Curry Powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the Beef Stock and Tomato Paste stir to combine.

Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauces thickens.

Slice each Sausage into 4 equal pieces, return to the pan, stir through the Cream and allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve immediately.
