These pecans are great to have around the house when you need a snack.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon maple extract
1/4 teaspoon liquid stevia, English toffee
3 cups pecans
1/2 cup erythritol
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.
In a bowl whisk the egg white with the water, maple extract, and liquid stevia until frothy.
Stir in the erythritol, cinnamon and salt.
Add the pecans and stir until they are evenly coated.
Pour the pecans onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
