Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 Cup crushed ginger snap cookies (about 6 cookies)
3 TB sugar
1/3 Cup melted butter
Filling:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/2 TB lime zest
Directions
Crust:
Combine all the ingredients and pressinto a 9" pie pan.
Filling:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Mix together all the ingredients until smooth and pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake for 15 min.
Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate until chilled through.
Serve with freshly whipped cream
