Why I Love This Recipe
It was the first cake I did by myself. One of my Swedish neighbours taught me while I was studying there. It's yummy, easy and fast to do... what else can you ask for??? PERFECT FOR KIDS.
{it is measured in decilitres...I'll try to convert it in grams or sth more normal...}
So... here it is!
Ingredients You'll Need
100gr. butter
2 eggs
3dl azúcar
2dl flour
3table spoons cacao
1 tea spoon vanila sugar
Directions
Turn on the oven (175ºC)
melt butter
mix eggs and sugar until obtaining a consisten mix
mix flour, cacao and vanila sugar
blend the previous mixes
pour the mix into a tin and put it into the oven for 15-24 min
OBS!!
when taken out of the oven it mustnt be completely done in the middle!!
In a hurry, just mix everything together.
I usually cut it in to small cakes and its great to snack!
