Knorr Cold Spinach Dip
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg. instant vegetable soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Chopped green onions, optional
6 oz. frozen cut spinach, thawed and drained
1 round loaf sourdough bread or pumpernickel bread
Mix thoroughly all ingredients.
Chill 1 or 2 hours or overnight.
To serve, dip mixture into a hollowed out round loaf or sourdough bread.
Serve with bread cubes reserved from the loaf together with assorted raw vegetables.
