Ingredients You'll Need

3 pkgs dry yeast
1/2 c. water
1t sugar
1 c butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 3/4 c. milk
7 1/4 c. Flour
3 t. salt

1 cup sugar
1/2 c Flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T melted butter


Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c warm water sprinkle w/ 1t sugar and set aside.

In large bowl, cream sugar and butter, add egg yolks and salt, mixwell add dissolved yeast and 1 c. flour mix well add milk and slowly add remaining flour. Knead to make a moderately soft dough. continue kneading till smooth & elastic place dough in a greased bowl, Turn dough once to grease surface cover and let rise. Punch down pinch off egg size portions & will roll into ball. place 1inch apart on greased pans, brush with melted butter. Cover & let rise bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes brush with melted butter, sprinkle with crumbled topping.
