Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was used in our family for years upon years. Until someone gave us a variation, which I have listed at the bottom. It is softer and flakier than this recipe and we have used it ever since!
Ingredients You'll Need
1-8oz. cream cheese
½ pound butter
3 Tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Directions

1-8oz. cream cheese
½ pound butter
3 Tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll out on powdered sugar or granulated sugar.
Fill with assorted toppings/fillings.
Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes.
Watch closely!!

4 cups flour
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2-8oz. cream cheese
1 pound margarine
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
