Combination of Korean and Japanese cuisine.
Ingredients You'll Need
Thinly Sliced Beef
CJ Bulgogi Marinade
Ramen Noodles
Hard Tofu
Vegetable Broth
Mushrooms
Bok Choy
Onions
Green Onion
Garlic
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
(Gochujang) Chung Jung One Sunchang Hot Pepper Paste Gold
Directions
Marinate beef at least half hour before grilling
Cube Tofu and place in paper towel to remove excess water
Boil Ramen Noodles according to package
Drain noodles, in same pot use sesame oil to saute chopped onions, garlic and green onion
Add vegetable broth, soy sauce and Gochujang to taste. Let boil.
In a cast iron skillet grill mushrooms, bok choy, and beef (I normally grill separately saving beef for last)
Place cubed tofu in oven for 20 min, turning half way
Place ramen noodles and broth in a bowl. Top with grilled meat and veggies.
