Korean-Style Seared Tuna

Ingredients You'll Need
4 - 8 oz pound tuna steaks
salt
pepper
1 t sesame oil
1 chopped green onion
3 minced garlic cloves
3 T soy sauce
1 t sugar
1/8 t dried red-pepper flakes
1/2 cup chicken stock
Directions
Season tuna with salt and pepper; sear 3 - 4 minutes per side until medium rare. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add sesame oil, green onion and garlic to the pan; cook 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, red-pepper flakes and stock; simmer 2 minutes until thickened. Slice tuna and serve drizzled with sauce.
