Why I Love This Recipe

This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.

Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 head of cabbage (Medium sized)
1/2 C. minced carrots

In a 32 oz jar with a lid, put
1 C Real Mayonnaise
2 T Miracle Whip
2 t. Vinegar (not distilled)
Powdered Stevia to your taste. It depends on how sweet you want your dressing. (Use whatever sweetener you want...(sugar---not for low carb however), sweet n low, splenda) Start with a little bit and add till you like the result.

1. Put cabbage and carrots into electric food chopper or processor. Pulse chop it till pieces are very small, but not mush.

2. Making the dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid. Shake jar to combine ingredients well. Dressing should be pourable, but not runny. Add a little water as needed to achieve smooth consistency.

3.Put cabbage and carrots in a covered Tupperware, add dressing a little at a time, and mix it up. When you get it as creamy as you want it, quit adding the dressing.

Hint: Dressing will store in frig for quite awhile
