Why I Love This Recipe

This is a meal all by itself. I sometimes add frozen broccoli to the dish and sprinkle a little seasoned salt on top along with the paprika.


Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups rice, cooked
1-2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut up
1 lb jack cheese, grated
2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
1/8 cup milk
4 oz. chilies, chopped
2 oz jalapenos, chopped
paprika


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, while cooking the rice and cutting up the thighs


In a large bowl, mix together the cheese, sour cream, butter, milk, chilies, and jalapenos.


Once it is evenly mixed, add in the rice and thighs


Place the mixture evenly into a shallow, lightly greased, casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika


Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly
