Lasagna Sandwich
Why I Love This Recipe
This one is all dressed up, toasted and ready to please. No mistakes about the one. It's a classy keeper, For lunch or for appetizers the plate will be eyeballed with much anticipation of good things to come. Spaghetti sauce on one side and an equally wonderful sour cream sauce on the other side and gooey mozzarella cheese sandwiched between that's called awesome. I used Pepperidge Farm Very Thin white Bread, and I also removed the crust, which made them look very fancy and when cut into triangles pretty as well. I served them with some raw Green Pepper Strips and some Kalamata Olives which helped cut the richness of this great sandwich recipe. If using this one as an appetizer be prepared to make and serve immediately.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 slices of bread
1 slice of mozzarella cheese
1 Tbs spaghetti sauce
1 Tbs sour cream sauce( recipe will follow)
Directions
Spread spaghetti sauce on (1) slice of bread, place the cheese on top of the sauce.
Spread (1) Tbs of the sauce on remaining slice of bread and place over the cheese.
Butter the outside of the bread slices and grill.
